Health 360x – Health 360x is a patient engagement solution for self-monitoring and health coach intervention in chronic disease management. Patients can self monitor and chart health data such as height, weight, medications, blood pressure and physical activity, and potentially share their data with the healthcare team.
Mahmee – Mahmee is a maternal health and care coordination app for all maternal and infant health needs, from pregnancy through baby’s first birthday. The app provides education and support in the perinatal period to help reduce disparities in maternal infant health care and empower self-advocacy.
Believe Her – Believe Her is an anonymous, maternal, peer-to-peer support app with the mission to increase awareness of the Black maternal health crisis and develop and promote evidence-based strategies that improve health outcomes for Black birthing people and families.
